Payment Information

Alpine Courses

To secure your place on an ISM course, your completed booking form must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit of £300 per course.

If your course is due to start within 60 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods

Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer (details available on request).

We also accept the following:

• Debit cards
• Credit cards (Visa and MasterCard)

Please note: Payments made using non-UK registered cards are subject to a 2.5% transaction fee.

Balance Payments

• The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the course start date
• Bookings made within 60 days of the start date require full payment upfront

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

• More than 60 days before start date: Loss of deposit
• 60–30 days before start date: Loss of deposit plus 50% of the remaining balance
• Less than 30 days before start date: Full course fee payable
