Sardinia Trek information
Please find information about the Sardinia trek and equipmernt needed
The Price includes:
- Mountain Guide, RC insurance and its expenses
- organization and logistics by the travel agency
- overnight stay in Half Board on the first and sixth day (drinks not included)
- Return by boat of all participants from Cala Sisine to Santa Maria Navarrese;
- Dinner and drinks (wine, beer) for all trekking days
- Packed lunch for all trekking days
- Breakfast for all trekking days
- Transfers to the various stages of off-road and inflatable backpacks.
Does not include:
- Travel to and from Sardinia and transfer from the airport to Santa Maria Naverrese (a private van can be organized for all participants)
- Any private transfers on the ground
- Drinks any extras in the hotel
- Optional insurance
- Anything that is not specified in the previous item.
Equipment required:
- Backpack 30/40 lt. (During the trek we will walk as light as possible: water, packed lunch, any bars, harnesses. We will find the material you don’t need during the day at the end of the stage thanks to the staff)
- light weight sleeping bag (0 / + 5 ° C)
- polyurethane mattress

- 1 screwgate carabiner
- 1 2 m lanyard. diam. min. 7 mm
- head lamp
- trekking shoes
- Light slippers or sandals
- 3/4 T-shirts
- Socks and underwear

- Sturdy canvas pants + short pants
- Lightweight cotton or fleece sweatshirt
- Light windbreaker for the evening
- Rain cape or poncho
- Hat, cream and sunglasses
- Insect repellent
- Towel and toilet supplies
- Small personal first aid kit
Lunches and dinners along the Trekking
Food will be provided to us daily by the staff.
The typical menu could be the following:
Breakfast: Coffee, milk, tea, jam and nutella bread, dessert
Packed lunch: fruit, bread, cheese, tomato, sliced
Dinners:
1st course dinner: (Stew with potatoes, Fiscidu, Mushrooms in oil, fruit,
dessert, bread, water, wine, digestive and coffee)
2nd course dinner: (Lasagna, Ham, pickled vegetables, cheese
vaccine, fruit, dessert, water, wine, digestive and coffee)
3rd course dinner: (cold culurgiones, roast suckling pig, side dish,
fruit, sheep’s cheese, bread, dessert, water, wine, digestive and
coffee)
4th course dinner: (octopus salad with potatoes, baked aubergines,
goat cheese, fruit, dessert, bread, water, wine, digestive and coffee)
