Sardinia Trek information
Please find information about the Sardinia trek and equipment needed
The Price includes:
- Mountain Guide, RC insurance and its expenses
- organization and logistics
- overnight stay (half board) on the first and last night (drinks not included)
- Return by boat from Cala Sisine to Golgo di Baunei;
- Dinner and drinks (wine, beer) for all trekking days
- Packed lunch for all trekking days
- Breakfast for all trekking days
- Transfers to the various stages of off-road and inflatable backpacks.
Does not include:
- Travel to and from Sardinia and transfer from the airport to Golgo di Baunei (a private van can be organized for all participants)
- Any private transfers on the ground
- Drinks any extras in the hotel
- Insurance
- Anything that is not specified in the previous item.
Equipment required:
Lightweight backpack 25\30 litres
Hiking boots with rigid soles (high cut boots or low cut approach shoes)
Water bottle or hydration system
Beach sandals
Swimsuit
Microfibre towel
Headlamp
Cap, sunglasses, and sunscreen
Insect repellent
Personal first aid kit and any medication you may use
Lighter
Trekking bag
Duffle bag or big backpack ( no rigid suitcases please) 60\100 litres, max 12 kg
If you have some extra gear\luggage it can be left at the Rifugio during the trekking
T-shirt and underwear for 5 days\4 nights

Fleece/sweatshirt
Lightweight puffer jacket

Lunches and dinners
Food will be provided daily.
A typical menu:
Breakfast: coffee/tea, bread and jam.
Packed lunch: sandwiches, salad, fruit, cheese.
Dinners: vary day to day, but include meals such as stew and potatoes, pasta dishes, fish, vegetables, desserts, cheese, water and hot drinks.
