Dave Heaton

Mountaineering & Climbing Instructor/ISM administration

Dave has over 30 years of climbing and mountaineering experience and has climbed extensively throughout the UK. Whilst often referred to as a boulderer by his friends, Dave is happiest climbing long multi-pitch mountain routes or challenging himself on steep cliffs high above the sea.

Dave is a qualified Mountaineering and Climbing Instructor and Winter Mountain Leader, meaning that he may well work with you if you book onto one of our UK courses. He has also been known to venture out to Kyrgyzstan and has lots of alpine aspirations.

On a day-to-day basis, Dave lives in the Lake District and takes care of the admin at ISM and so if you have any questions please drop Dave an email and he'll help you plan your next ISM adventure!
