As a qualified ML (Mountain Leader) & BMC Ambassador, Rose combines her love of nature with her commitment to holistic health. She leads hikes that encourage connection to the mountains, to others, and to oneself. Her hikes are inclusive and welcoming to a range of abilities.

Alongside healthcare and hiking at home in the Lake District, Rose has taken on a key marketing role at ISM. She brings a natural strength in online presence and social media marketing, with a strong understanding of the tools and platforms that support digital growth and community engagement. From content planning and audience development to using digital marketing systems strategically, she is helping to expand our reach, visibility, and impact.
