Rose is a Summer Mountain Leader, healthcare professional, and passionate advocate for the healing power of the outdoors. Her work is rooted in the simple belief that time in the mountains can change how we feel, how we think, and how we see ourselves.
With a background in mental health nursing, Rose has spent years supporting people through some of life’s most vulnerable moments. That same care and attentiveness shape her approach in the hills. Her guided days are not about pace or peaks, but about presence, creating space for people to breathe deeply, build confidence, and reconnect with themselves and the natural world around them.
As a qualified ML and BMC Ambassador, she leads inclusive, welcoming hikes across the Lake District, encouraging connection to the landscape, to others, and to inner resilience.
Alongside guiding and healthcare, Rose plays a key marketing role at ISM, where she channels her creativity and understanding of storytelling into growing community and visibility. Through thoughtful content and strategic digital engagement, she helps share the impact of meaningful outdoor experiences with a wider audience.
