Pilates For Climbers
A dynamic Pilates session offering exercises that will enhance your climbing performance, helping give you more strength, endurance, co-ordination and control when climbing. However, climbing aside, Pilates is excellent for core strength and maintaining a happy healthy spine, with a focus on improving general flexibility, mobility and your body awareness. Pilates is also a great way to release any unnecessary tension in readiness for the weekend ahead!
This clinic will run -
10.15am to 11.15am - Saturday Morning
We would all like this event to be as Covid Secure as possible.
Even though all the clinic's will be outdoors, can we kindly ask each person attending to complete a Covid test at least 72 hours before arriving.
